Returns & Exchanges

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Perishable items and treats cannot be returned for safety reasons, but if there is an issue with your order, please contact us!

All returns must be processed by mail unless otherwise advised.
Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
How to Start a Return

We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
