At Simply Treats, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

• Perishable items and treats cannot be returned for safety reasons, but if there is an issue with your order, please contact us!

• All returns must be processed by mail unless otherwise advised.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at sales@simplytreats.ca with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

3. Ship the item back, and once received, we’ll process your return.
